Each of our clients is assigned to one of our professionals who will serve as your primary contact.  With goals of audit readiness, efficiency, and clear and comfortable communication - we can partner with you on monthly, quarterly and annual accounting tasks, which may include:

Account Reconciliation:  We reconcile your bank, credit card and investment accounts to ensure accuracy in reporting.

Balance Sheet Reconciliation:  We review and reconcile each balance sheet account monthly, posting journal entries to maintain accurate books.

Statement of Activities Analysis:  We review the statement of activities and collaborate with clients monthly to ensure all transactions are captured properly on the books.  Using dimensions within the books - we track expenses incurred for various programs, organization administration, fundraising, as well as those related to grants.

Month End Close:  We collaborate with our clients to ensure the books are closed each month.  We host proactive monthly check-in calls as part of the closing process so that our team and yours can raise and answer questions related to each month’s activity.

Financial Statement Preparation:  We provide monthly or quarterly basic financial statements as well as budget vs. actual reporting.  We also work to develop meaningful custom reports to help you manage your organization.
